Gyan Davies

Gyan has been what we call a "crafty person" her whole life. By that, we mean that she has worked in craft annd fabric stores for over 15 years, and then as a whole sale rep, director of sales, and trade show coordinator. All of these skills have lead her to her current job of "Puppet Potentate" for Planet of the Puppets, where she builds, designs, markets and sells the ever popular Pop-up Puppets.

Rob D'Arc

When it comes to puppets, Rob can build anything! His biggest design to date is a 25' blue whale puppet, while the pop-up puppets are among the smallest of his designs (both, coincidentally, made out of foam!) Some of his projects in between include puppets, masks and make-up for The Little Prince" "The Hobbit", "1776", and "The Little Shop of Horrors", to name a few. Rob has also created hundreds of prothetic make-ups and masks for Sea World"s "Terrors of the Deep" show, where he served as Make-up Designer for two years. Rob has directed and written several plays, the most recent being an adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's "Haunter of the Dark", for which he also created lots of scary creepy puppets.While he still works on other projects, he currently spends a lot of his time attoning for all that scary and creepy karma by creating charming little whimsical Pop-up Puppets that everyone can enjoy.
